Critical HIIT is a fantasy-themed workout app that turns every exercise session into an RPG adventure. Players choose a hero class, embark on AI-generated quests, and complete real exercises to advance the story, rolling a D20 between intervals to determine their fate.
The app combines structured interval training with branching narratives that adapt to each session, so no two workouts are the same. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, Critical HIIT makes working out genuinely fun.
Critical HIIT is free to download with a subscription for full access to unlimited quests (workouts).
